Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Girika Farm, we take great care in delivering products of the highest quality. Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refund requests. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. In the situations listed below, we will be more than happy to work with you to find a fair and satisfactory resolution.

1. In Case of a Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@girikafarm.com with the following details:
•Your order number
•A photo of the invoice
•One image of the outer box
•Two clear images of the damaged product
•A video of the unboxing clearly showing the damage
For orders with multiple items, only the affected product(s) will be eligible for replacement. Replacements will be shipped within 7–10 days. We aim to resolve such issues fairly and efficiently.
Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and will provide full support throughout the process.

2. In Case of a Missing Product
If any item is missing from your delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by writing to info@girikafarm.com.
Kindly include:
•Your order number
•A photo of the invoice
•One image of the outer packaging
•Two clear images showing the contents of the opened package
•A video of the unboxing displaying all items received
While we do not offer refunds, we will promptly re-send the missing product after verification.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours, and we will provide complete assistance to resolve the issue.

3. In Case of a Spoiled Product
If a product appears to be spoiled, please inform us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@girikafarm.com with the following:
•Your order number
•The packaging/manufacture date
•Clear images or a video of the product

 

Please note: Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are normal. These differences are a result of our commitment to using natural processes and ingredients, and do not indicate spoilage.

However, if there is a genuine concern, we will thoroughly investigate and ensure a fair resolution. Replacements will be issued after proper review.

You can expect a response to your email within 24–48 hours, and we will provide our full support until the issue is resolved.
