From Farm to Jar
we make our Organic Ghee in a traditional way.
- We collect the milk only after the calf is fed and had it’s share
- Boiling : The Cow Milk is boiled and converted to curd by fermentation process
- Churning : The curd is then hand churned in traditional way to get cultured butter.
- Separating: Cultured butter is then rinsed multiple times to remove all milk particles.
- Cooking: FInally the butter gets slowly cooked traditionally.
And we get our Purely Organic A2 Gir Cow Ghee
